"Prices seem alright, I guess"
I ordered a few pet items from petproducts.com, and overall it was okay. Some of the prices seemed fair, but a couple things felt maybe a little expensive for what they were. Shipping was fine and showed up without any issues. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, just not sure it’s always the best deal.

I ordered cat litter, flea drops, and a bag of food, but the box showed up late and had the wrong food in it. The flea drops weren’t in there at all, which was the main thing I needed because of that whole situation.
I checked my order email and it clearly shows what I bought, so I really don’t know how it got packed like that. I reached out to customer service too, but it took forever for anyone to get back to me.
They said they’d sort it out, but I still haven’t received the missing item. It’s just annoying when it’s pet stuff you actually need and then this happens...

I ordered something from petproducts.com for my dog and, it was partly my mistake because I picked the wrong size. I figured it would just be a quick return, so I reached out and waited a bit. It took a few days before I heard back, and then the back-and-forth started with them asking for details I’m sure I had already sent over. After all that, they told me the refund had been processed, but it still hasn’t shown up for me. The whole thing ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected, and I don’t think I’ll order from them again.

"Trying to use the website was a headache"
I tried to place an order, but the site made it way harder than it needed to be. Stuff was hard to find, pages kept loading strangely, and the checkout process was confusing. After two tries, I just gave up. I’m tired of dealing with clunky automated systems that are supposed to make things easier but somehow make everything more frustrating. Not worth the hassle.

I had to wait a little while before getting a reply, which was a bit frustrating. To be fair, they did fix my issue in the end, so maybe I’m being a little picky. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I wouldn’t say it was great either. I just feel like quicker updates would’ve made the whole thing a lot better.

"Shipping wasn’t what I expected"
I ordered this last week thinking it would show up quickly, but it still hasn’t arrived. i feel a bit misled by the shipping estimate, and it’s been frustrating waiting around with no real update.

They’ve got a decent selection of pet stuff, but it’s a little hit or miss depending on what you’re looking for. Some sections are well stocked, while others, like cat toys and certain food brands, felt limited. It’s fine if you just need the basics, but if you’re after something specific, you might not always find it.

"Not worth the money"
I bought this dog toy hoping it would hold up for a while, but the stitching started coming apart after just two days. My dog isn’t even especially rough on toys, so that was disappointing. For the price, it just feels cheaply made and not like a good value. I wouldn’t buy it again.
